Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 8 oz bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 16 oz package penne pasta (or any short pasta)

Creamy Ranch Sauce

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Topping (Optional)

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.

Cook the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Creamy Ranch Sauce

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Combine Everything

  • In the baking dish, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheeses.
  • Pour the ranch sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated.

Add Topping (Optional)

  • In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle over the casserole for a crunchy topping.

Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness (optional).

Garnish & Serve

  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
