  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup warm water ( 110°F )
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Topping:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat ( fresh, canned, or imitation )
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling
  • Optional: Wonton strips for extra crunch

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a petite bowl, mingle yeast, sugar, and warm water, allowing it to rest until it froths, approximately 5 minutes.
  • In a sizable mixing bowl, blend flour and salt, creating a hollow in the middle to pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  • Blend until a cohesive dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it achieves a smooth, elastic texture.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size

Prepare the Crab Rangoon Mixture

  • While the dough is rising, mix the softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Make sure everything is well combined and creamy.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • After the dough has doubled in size, gently deflate it and roll it out on a floured surface to your preferred thickness. Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet..
  • Spread the crab rangoon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Generously distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
